Digital Products

All patterns sold on this site are digital downloads. Because of the nature of digital files, we're only able to offer refunds under the following conditions:

Eligible for a full refund:

• The pattern file(s) have not been downloaded or accessed.
• Your refund request is made within 30 days of purchase.

Not eligible for a refund:

• The file has already been downloaded or opened.
• More than 30 days have passed since purchase.
• The pattern was purchased as part of a bundle where any file in the bundle has been accessed.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at retlapatterns@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If your files are confirmed as unaccessed, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.

Why this policy exists

Because digital files can be copied and reused indefinitely once downloaded, we can only guarantee refunds before a file has been accessed. This protects the integrity of our small business and keeps prices fair for everyone. If you're unsure about a pattern before buying, feel free to reach out with questions — we're happy to help you choose before the purchase.

Faulty or incorrect files

If you receive a corrupted file, missing pages, or the wrong pattern, contact us right away as this is different from a change-of-mind refund, and we'll fix it or issue a refund regardless of download status.
